Where Are You Based?

We are happily based in San Francisco, the heart of the West Coast!

How Does Shipping Work?

All items are shipped through USPS and take 5-7 business days for delivery and other 3-5 days with priority. There is a 1-3 days processing period. We take shipping very seriously and we serve many many customers on a daily basis and will continue to provide excellent service and excellent jewelry.

All orders are followed with a shipping confirmation. All packages are trackable through the email linked to the USPS online site. Please check your promotions, spam, or let us know kim@nowayquirks.com if you didn't get it.

Do You Offer Returns?

We pride ourselves on very comprehensive insurance. We definitely cover you for free returns if sizing or quality is not up to par. Lost packages are covered by replacements, or store credit. Any type of issue, within 60 days of ordering, are covered by our store!
