We, here at NOW Jewelry, wish you all the health, safety, and sparkles during these weeks affected by COVID-19. During these trying times, we are seeing temporary delays to our fulfillment locations in both CA and FL. We are still open and delivering, but here's some frequently asked questions.
Why Is There a Delay?
Currently, due to social distancing efforts, our fulfillment crew is understaffed so there aren't as many picker/packers compared to weeks prior. All team members follow safety protocols, as health is one of our primary considerations for our team and you.
What About Delivery?
We are still open and delivering during COVID. Some orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery. For more a detailed status update on your order, please contact us here.
All orders are still fully paid, trackable, monitored through USPS.
Exchanges & Cancellations
We pride ourselves on very comprehensive insurance. Within 60 days upon reception, we cover you for any issue you can imagine with store credit, replacements, or refunds. Do email us for your issue here. For cancellations before reception, we allow all cancellations prior to receiving a tracking #, as that means we already purchased an USPS shipping label.
